Mike called me minutes after I booked his services to confirm the job details and was professional, thorough, and informative. I called Mike the day before the move to confirm all was set. I left a message that said he could just text me back so that I didn’t interrupt his Easter. Mike called me back quickly on Easter and confirmed all the details. During the move, Mike and his team of Markell, Ben, and Antonio were all professional, polite, and personable. It was a pleasure chatting with them while they efficiently wrapped and loaded all my furniture and unloaded it at the other end. I’ve hired load & unload help in Florida at least 5x times in the past 15 years, and this has been the best experience by far. Mike is knowledgeable and thorough in how to wrap and pack furniture so it wasn’t damaged and leads his team with professional respect. Special recognition to Ben for figuring out how to reattach my headboard to the frame when I couldn’t remember how to do it. Awesome experience!
