• Neither speak English. They tried to get me to pay more money because they said that my furniture was heavy. I paid them for two hours and only had an hours worth of work and they still wanted more money and asked me for a tip. I asked them to move the furniture or leave my house without getting paid and they finally moved the furniture with an attitude. We never use this group again.

• Didn’t even know if or when the movers were going to come help until 40 minutes before I needed them. I was so stressed the entire time because they weren’t being careful with fragile items and were haphazardly throwing things on the truck instead of doing it carefully and efficiently. I was lucky I had family there to help direct them because they didn’t seem like they had ever loaded a truck ever before. I tipped them in cash because I felt pressured to. They kept arguing with me the entire time about how much time was left for them to be working rather than doing the work I hired them to do. Other than the fact that they lifted heavy things that I wasn’t physically able to, they stressed me out more than they helped me.
