• We paid for 4 hours, they were done in less than 2.5 because they were very rushed and barely wrapped anything unless we specifically requested it. It made us really stressed out when they were moving so fast. That being said, the guy who fit everything into the truck was amazing. He maximized all the space, even the unwrapped furniture was tilted on its side. What was a surprise was when we unloaded, nothing major was broken. We expected huge dents in the furniture but it was ok. And that's why we are giving them a fair rating.

  This is very unfair. They wrap what they felt needed to be wrapped. You did not have the supplies we were limited on our supplies, but we used it. Customers are responsible for all supplies, but we did use our supplies to take care of your items which nothing was broken or scratch.
