  • Movers were on time and friendly, however when we communicated how we needed certain items loaded first over others they failed to accommodate to the request. Because of this, there was trouble loading 3 tvs and we had to leave behind our grill. But most notably is, when items were unloaded, the dryer machine was severely damaged due to having a heavy couch on top, it is now dented and scratched. Smaller items also fell over towards the tv, and there were items that were placed on top of the tvs once loaded which was very concerning.
