• I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. I hired this loader for a corporate rental turnover and explained in advance that this was not a typical homeowner move (the incoming tenant was already onsite, so timing and load order mattered). From the start, simple instructions were met with pushback. When I asked that appliances be loaded first so they could be unloaded last, I was questioned rather than accommodated. The overall attitude felt dismissive and argumentative. He also put two large scratches into a piece of furniture I now have to repair. At the end, when the tenant kindly offered him a bottle of water, he said, At least someone notices the hard work we did. Later, when I provided the payment code, he said certain people make him want to leave the business while giving me a pointed look. I paid $190 for an hour and a half of help and expected professionalism and care with my property.
