They were very fast however, not very gentle with items that were fragile. We inspected items when we arrived and nothing was damaged however, by the time it made it upstairs, there were a few items that we damaged. One item had to be tossed out because it wasn’t something that could be easily fixed. Fast is great however I still don’t want to have to replace furniture which now I have to. I will say, one of the two movers was much more helpful and willing to place items in the rooms they go in whereas the other just dropped boxes or items in the living. It would’ve been nice to get the full two hours worth of work and instead, once they were done unloading they left even though I technically paid for 2 hours of service. I ended up having to spend more time on my own, which isn’t easy as one person, to put boxes and furniture where they go.
