We also unpacked and assemble furniture and appliances on top of that. We remove appliances from home, anything else of your choosing that you want remove or unpack to your choice of destination. Arrived over an hour late, spent at least 20 minutes on the phone with the manager trying to negotiate their way into us parking at an illegal spot so their move would be easier. Not to mention their inefficient space allocation and slow work. Also demanded a hefty tip at the end. Not recommended at all.
