Crew was late and never contacted me to let me know that they were delayed, I had to message them to find out when they were coming. Then got no message they were on the way, they just showed up. One of the workers displayed unprofessional attitude when told what was going on the truck in that he would let out a heavy sigh as if he didn’t want to do What he was hired to do. They were not careful with our belongings when loading, they dropped many items. After the truck was loaded and they had left. We had to adjust items they put in as the heavy items they put on top of the mattresses shifted and fell when I move the truck causing a mattress to fall out when I opened the door.
