• We used them to load our Uhaul truck. Unfortunately it was messy weather and we were ill prepared for protective covering. The two guys showed up on time but seemed very lost and needed complete direction from my husband. The mover we had two weeks before for the first load were professional and knew what and how to do it. The guys went over the two hours which was fine and we would pay for the extra hour. My husband asked them repeatedly to clear out the basement. Everytime I checked it was not cleared out. When our movers that unloaded showed us the mattress and our cloth bench wet and dirty, and our table had cracked wood I was upset. I messaged and the response was send pics, I did. They then responded with it was all our fault, no padding or protection, arguing. If you want knowledgeable movers, look elsewhere. Titans were wonderful and did the same job unloading in less than two hours. Not impressed!
