    Company did not confirm time professionally. Once a time was confirmed on the day of the move, one mover showed up late saying the second mover was stuck in traffic. No communication when they were in route. Company wants to charge me for two movers even though I had to load my own trailer with the one mover that showed up. Company is not responding in a timely manner to reconcile this issue.
