• Slowed down moving that should be done in 2 hours to take an additional 1 hour. Hit mattresses with things in the apartment complex. Tore moving blankets and mattress protectors. Kind of careless.

  We are disappointed you feel this way. We did a load only pod for you from a 12+ floor building , unfortunately your pod was dropped off by the pod company a pretty long ways from your building so our team had a very far walk back and forth especially going up and down your elevator from 4th floor. We have all the pictures from the service as well as the video of the long walk for our records. From our photos you had one moving blanket that was torn , prior to our movers touching it. As for the box spring bumping the fan outside the elevator in the hallway of the building, we reported that for you as well as doing our due diligence and speaking with your apartment building manager to confirm if the item needed repairs. Which they confirmed it did not. We appreciate your time leaving feedback , but please know we always do our best to go above and beyond. Thank you.
