Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
They were 1 hour late! They placed freezer cord under the freezer which caused damage to the cord. It May not work now! There was some shifting which caused some damage to a few furniture items. The only bright side is that my daughter and I didn’t have to load it ourselves.
Lamont was amazing! He picked up 4 of our U-boxes, 2 at a time, and delivered everything as promised even though UHaul moved our boxes to a new location and I think he was shorted on the mileage estimate because of it. He was very responsive, was careful with our things, and stuck out an extra long day with a great attitude. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone!
I strongly recommend! Being in the real estate industry it’s rare to find such strong, hard-working individuals that take their job very seriously! We had a great experience, unloading a moving truck, and these guys went above and beyond to make sure they were careful and courteous.They worked Swiftly and efficiently in 95 degree heat! I strongly recommend these folks! Awesome experience!
