  • The movers did a great job with moving, however, the company was making excessive calls to us during the move to collect payment for an additional hour prior to the move being finished. This was disruptive to the moving process and I strongly suggest a better method to issuing a payment request for additional hours for moves that take longer than planned. Receiving 6+ calls in the span of 5 minutes as you’re carrying items to be moved and in a stressful situation was not ideal.

  • I cannot say enough wonderful things about Misty Move Co. I reached out to them at the very last minute during a stressful moving situation, and they stepped in without hesitation. From the very beginning, their team was kind, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. What stood out the most was the level of care they showed with my belongings. Every item was handled thoughtfully, packed securely, and transported with attention to detail. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my things were in such good hands. Moving is never easy, especially on short notice, but they made the entire experience feel smooth and manageable. Their professionalism and genuine willingness to help truly set them apart.
