• TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! For starters, my movers tried to change my loading date after it had already been confirmed. After I told them my date and time was firm, they were hours late from the original set time. The guys themselves were very nice but NOT professional movers. They did not handle my items with care, and I was already concerned about the way they were stacking boxes on the dolly CLEARLY labeled Fragile or This Side Up. The movers took my payment code, and then I told them I have one additional item in the house. I then see from my window the movers LEAVE with my UBox and realize there is NO LOCK on my box. When I called them they said it was too late and neither them or myself could access the box. They then told me UHaul would be providing a lock for me before it ships. NOT TRUE! My UBox shipped over 1,000 miles WITH NO LOCK! To make matters worse, my items were completely disheveled when my box arrived, items broken and boxes on their side or upside down. PLEASE AVOID!

We would like to clarify a few points for transparency. In the morning you reached out to our team requesting more time to pack which we gladly accommodated. While our team was busy loading your UBox we noticed you were still packing and it was clear that you had not yet purchased a padlock. To ensure your items were secure we suggested you reach out to the UHaul location in the morning to have a lock provided for your box before shipping. We completely understand your frustration with the condition of your items upon delivery. We take the handling of your belongings seriously and regret that we did not meet your expectations in this regard. He is very good at communicating, providing updates on U-box pickup, arrival and job completion. He has done an awesome job in loading the U-Box with all the items well organized. • Kwaku and his team provided excellent service. I was kept updated on their ETA with the U-Box and when they arrived, they got straight to work. The U-Box was loaded quickly and carefully, with no problems. I would definitely use their service again.
