• I would recommend not arriving and approaching your customer on their property while smoking. I do appreciate the worker promptly putting it out when I asked him to. Additionally, they were very polite and professionally got to work. However, while I absolutely realize I did not have a two full hours of work, I feel this job was very rushed. I had boxes thrown on boxes that got smashed, had a little bit more time and attention been given to what needed to be loaded, the truck could’ve been loaded more efficiently. I asked all the furniture from the top floor be put into the truck, the flatscreen TV was left behind and there was definitely room in the truck for that.. They had an entire hour extra that I paid for where a little more time and consideration could’ve been given in regards to how to pack the truck more efficiently and with a little more care. I had a TV stand and a bench that could’ve been loaded in boxes could’ve been put on top of those.
