The Moving Help [Fowlers] I ordered was listed as able to pick up and deliver and unload. They now tell me they can't pick up, only unload.

The mover told me that he is not responsible to deliver the boxes ans only supposed to unload them which is weird and hilarious because I booked door-to-door service. Very disappointing. We have moved and have no stuff and have a 2 year old daughter. Very unprofessional.
