• Max did an awesome job helping me on short notice. He offered the cheapest price for two hours almost by half of competitors. The two gentleman that showed up were very charismatic. However, I believe for how young they were (late 20’s), they could have kept a better pace. I had a 16’ truck with nothing crazy. It was to the third floor, but a lot of stuff I set aside for a storage room next to the apartment that I finished myself. They did the 9-10 large items that I really needed help with and a few boxes. I easily did 2-3x the amount of trips up and down the stairs carrying things to make every trip worth it. They took a break within the first 5 minutes and kept taking smoke breaks and talking and complaining about other jobs they’ve done. I’m grateful for the help, but as a 43 year old man, I wasn’t nearly as exhausted as they were and I kept going, so I have to give a fair review. They were here 2.25 hours and attempted to charge for 3, but thankfully Max made sure it was only 2.

  We would like to thank you for taking your time to leave a review and we do appreciate any and all feedback! We do wish we would have had some of these concerns brought to our attention in the process of the move. We do encourage all teams to take their time and be safe. We don't need them getting injured or any damages to your personal belongings. We do this every single day long hours. Extremely hot heat. Multiple flights of stairs. We do need to take breaks and stay hydrated. This reservation May needed to be 3 hours or have an and extra team member out there. The team managed to get a 3-hour job done in 2 hours. Although we do appreciate your help, we would have been more than happy to send out an extra team member. We also know that no customer wants to hear about past difficulties on jobs and would be more than happy to talk with the team about that as well as possibly taking less brakes. We do apologize for any and all inconveniences. We hope you have a great Labor Day weekend!

• Communication with the company was constant and they kept me updated on time and arrival! Terrence and Josh were our movers and they were phenomenal and worked hard! Highly Recommend!

• On time and hard working but the young guy was rushing and scraping furniture on corners during the move and put a dent in one of our walls.
