• Do not use this company. They have zero interest in client satisfaction, much less doing what is right. We reached out to hire 3 people for 3 hours, and were told that only two people were available, and that they would scan a code upon arrival, and again upon departing - presumably to track the time? In the initial conversation my wife had when booking, it was inferred that if it took less than 3 hours, it might cost less than the $500 for 3 people for 3 hours. By the time the 2 people showed up (they were good people) my wife and I had already unloaded most of the Uhaul, and they spent about an hour helping with the heavier stuff. They did scan in and out, but again were there for an hour at most, and there were only 2. We filed a request about getting a refund as again, 2 instead of 3 people, 1 hour instead of 3, etc. No response from the owner after 14+ days as indicated. In summary, this company took advantage of a young couple moving cross country - consumer beware.
