First crew incompetent and loaded horribly with totes and bed furniture at angles off wheel hubs and our stuff. Didn’t use blankets or rope provided. Complained and they did do right sending another crew that unloaded and reloaded fantastic. But then double charged me for the work they should have done for free since they did it wrong to begin. Second crew was fantastic first should be fired. And I should not have to pay for their poor work. Plus put us hours behind on the move.
