  • Was 1.25 hours late to the job of loading truck. High, and took several smoke brakes during work. Worst loading job I’ve ever seen. Lots of damage by the time I arrived at destination.

    You had an appointment at 3pm. You asked us to change it to 5pm. Then you text at 4pm and said you were ready. We have other jobs besides yours and can't be just sitting at your address waiting for you to get ready.

  • The communication was awful and I was asked to pay for an additional hour by venmo or cash app via a text by Daniel at All American Moving which was very concerning. This whole process seemed like a scam. I will never use All American Moving again. In addition, a sculpture was damaged and had scratch marks through the base which was noticed after the move.

    You ordered 2 hrs and the move took 3 hrs. You told me you couldn't figure out how to add the extra time online so I tried to make it easier on you by paying another way. We have been in the moving business for 6 + yrs so not trying to scam anyone.
