Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
They arrived three hours late due to other jobs. They did not communicate with me that they would be late at all. I had to reach out multiple times. They kept telling me they were almost there when they were not. When they did arrive, they completed the job efficiently, but I found heavy sweat stains on some of my items.
