• Extremely kind, good energy, and hustle but did not use moving blanket or remove legs from couch. Overall I would hire them again.

  Than you for the kind words! Unfortunately we do not provide moving blankets unless requested ahead of time and only time we would remove the legs from any couch is if we had a problem getting it through the doorway. We appreciate the feedback!

• It was clear the movers were stalling until the two hours were completed. They arrived late, did not begin unloading right away, and were need the help of us despite us being told to relax and let them do their job. It was not until there was 45 mins. left that they were no longer standing around and started unloading faster. We were far too frustrated that we ended the two hours about 12 mins. earlier because they were just not working fast enough and were stalling too much.

  Ruby We NEVER run up the clock there is a 2 hour minimum.The guys which is the owner and lead mover usually wait for instructions then move fast and carefully to get the move done in a timely manner. As far as communication I always keep everyone updated with ETA they were 15 min behind because of traffic from Austin to Round rock at the peak time of the day.You all did not end the job we did once it was finished.All of the praise from your family does not warrant this review. A 26ft truck in a two story house which almost everything went upstairs absolutely takes time especially in the rain.You have no character to lie this way.
