Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The load helpers did not seem to know how to use pads on furniture to prevent scratches and gouges from occurring during the move. I had pads available as they loaded the furniture. They did not offer to tie down the furniture. Maybe these activities of padding or tying the load are considered outside the scope of their loading work.
They did an amazing job and they even helped us the whole day even when we only asked for a few hours as my husband and I realized the job was too big for both of us. Very kind and they work hard!!! Totally recommend them!!
Larry and his team were amazing! We were worried everything wouldn't fit but they got it all in there. Outstanding job. Definitely go choose this company if you need help loading your truck.
