  • Didn’t answer calls, voicemail was full, told me they would be here at 900am sharp, didn’t show up until 130pm. Wanted me to pay outside the U-Haul app. The owner is unprofessional and a scammer. The movers themselves were great to work with. They did manage to break my blinds on the window though. Have the guys a cash tip and the owner was still trying to get me to pay them for gas money.

    Negative! You are an utter piece of shit. For that review. The guys came to work and did a great job. Coming 70 miles for you. We spoke on hours and no advancement deals. You wanted to pay the extras outside the app. When we told you all payments can go through the app. They stayed overtime and we still didn't charge the extra. I'm disappointed in you and we'll never work for you again. Unless you apologize to our personally.
