• The movers claimed that I did not give them the information they requested and tried to blame me and had me answer all of the same questions again on the phone. I resent the email and they just said okay. They were very rude and complained about how we boxed up our stuff and told us we must provide rope. We did not have any and they continued to speak poorly of us and we could hear them. They had 3 hours total with 2 people to load and unload a 1 bedroom apartment 5 miles across town and it took them 3 hours to load it and they just left. So we had to hire more people to unload everything. They were unprofessional and incompetent. Pretty terrible experience.

  Hello Katie, We apologize your experience was not as good as you did expected. We strive to make every experience one of success. We emailed and text you, and we phoned you. You stated you understood our policies and you were ready to move forward, which we appreciated. We also sent you an email which shows an a one bedroom home with an exceptional amount of belongings like your home would take on average 4-6 hrs to complete. We also explained we had four jobs that day. We appreciate the predicament you were in, and the fact you thought we should have been able to conduct your move in 3hrs. We wish you the best in your new home.
