• The guy in charge was the absolute worst. First, he’s constantly trying to sell me his stuff even after I’ve said no. Then he had this weird fixation on large boxes, regardless of the 20 medium and 15 small ones. He said some stuff won’t fit in those boxes. So don’t put that stuff in the boxes. Then he needed rolls and rolls of tape and didn’t seem to use any of them but definitely needed to open all the packages. He constantly was telling me he needed this or that to do the work. Never once did he ask for a sharpie to write on the boxes (even though he literally picked up a basket full of sharpies). He decided to not write on the boxes. His packing job was lazy and intentionally bad. Why did he use the large boxes for the books? Horrible, piss poor attitude. The ‘job’ was to pack the things in my house for three hours. The guy with him? Fantastic. I would hire him. He was pleasant, he worked and focused on what he was there to do. I told them to leave because main guy was whining

  I apologize your experience didn't meet expectations. I take full responsibility for falling short, despite our efforts with limited time and supplies. I should have communicated better about job requirements. My suggestions for plastic wrap and extra boxes were for protection, and I regret any misinterpretation. I'll reimburse you for unused tape. I also apologize if my demeanor seemed pushy; I should have been more adaptable. I value your feedback and have learned from this. I hope we can find a resolution.
