Robert, thank you for choosing MovingTech today and for sharing your feedback. I am truly sorry for the frustration with the delayed arrival of the second helper today. There was unusually heavy rain and a flood advisory in the area, with multiple accidents slowing traffic. One mover arrived at your scheduled time, and I came as the second helper as quickly as conditions allowed. Your billable time did not start until both of us were on site. Once the full crew was there, we completed the unload in well under an hour, including carrying your heavier items upstairs, and made sure everything was safely in your home. We understand how important punctuality is and are reviewing how we plan and communicate on severe weather days so expectations stay as clear and realistic as possible. We appreciate the opportunity to help with your move and wish you all the best settling into your new place.
