    Smooth Moves

    I booked Smooth Moves to load my U-Haul and they arrived on time to my apartment building. Unfortunately, during the process they broke my dresser and then lied about it saying it was already broken which it was not. They also broke a lamp, fan, and containers with the loading process. I reached out to the manager multiple times to see what the best next steps would be for reimbursement or insurance claim and they just stopped responding to my messages. Overall, this is a very unprofessional company and they made moving day even more stressful. I would not recommend booking with them.

    The best moving experience I’ve ever had. Frank and his team were so efficient at moving everything into my 3rd floor apartment. They even put together my bed which was so so nice of them. They were positive and very nice. Would highly recommend!! I will definitely be using them for any future moves
