• I needed same-day movers and booked this company they got me loaded as soon as they could. Movers were fast and efficient, highly recommend.

• Phenomenal crew! excellent work ethic and professional communication. All three worked efficiently for the time allotted. They asked clarifying questions to put boxes and furniture where we wanted it. They were polite and on time. If we needed movers later we would hire them again!

• We had a horrible experience with the unloaders. They damaged new paint in multiple areas. They gouged our walls. They broke a dresser and denied responsibility. They placed things in random areas despite being asked to place in appropriate areas multiple times. They moved very slow and then asked for more time and money to make it right. Honestly we paid to make things more difficult for ourselves. We will have to resort to a credit card charge back because now we have to pay for these damages.

  We're sorry to hear this, but you signed our form stating that everything was carefully checked and that there was no damage of any kind, so it just sounds like you're looking for an excuse to get free moving service. We have a lot of experience with people like you who, after we finish the job, complain about things that didn't happen just to ask for money back.
