  • wish I could give them a higher rating, but we had some items get damaged during the move because of them being stacked on top of each other, despite my wife asking them not to. We got a way bigger truck than needed so we had plenty of room not to pack it high and tight, but our formal dining table has a huge dent in it and a pretty big blemish from the night stand rubbing on it, and a bedroom dressing had a big gouge on the corner where something shifted and bumped up against it. Very disappointed.

    We wrapped everything and I used 8 ratchet straps to buckle the load down. Nothing should have shifted but a metal cactus at the end of the truck that was laying between the wheel wells. Your wife never told me not to stack on anything because if I didn't we wouldn't be able to pack a tight truck. There was not a nightstand near your formal table as I had them upside down(padded) on a dresser with the drawers facing the king mattress and they were ratcheted. This review is definitely unwarranted. Sounds like your unloaders probably couldn't handle the weight of the furniture and damaged it themselves and then put the blame on us.
