• The movers themselves were fantastic, but they failed to follow the one set of instructions that I provided. I had just refinished a table and chair set and those were the only items I really asked them to be careful with. I understand time is of the essence and everyone wants to beat the heat, but they destroyed my chairs and my table. I had attempted to protect the main table top with a sheet cover which barely worked, but that is my fault; however, the base I had refinished from scratch and stained had been neglected by the crew as well as the chairs I had just sprayed and stained. I noticed it while unloading that the table base had been at the bottom of another heavy box item and it was completely scratched which will cause me to have to refinish it again. I am pretty furious at this because it was literally the one set of instructions I had for the crew. Overall, they were accommodating, but the damage is unfortunately done.

• Chris and Ronnie were the best in loading and getting everything situated on the truck for me to move safely! I appreciate their hard work.
