We DONT provide a truck or materials. NO refunds for unused time.

  • There were a few issues with my move. The gentleman who unloaded my things, They did a pretty good job. They were kind and courteous, treated my things with respect, were efficient, served us well, and sought to make up for the issue presented before us. One of the issues (which I have had with MH companies a few times) was that I booked a 3-man crew, but initially they arrived with only 2 people. They offered the option of having two men complete the job over a longer time for the same price. I wasn't feeling that, bc I was on a schedule, and there was already an issue with the expected arrival time. They started with 2 guys for probably the first hour, then brought 2 others to finish it on time or faster. Aside from that, I think there was miscommunication about the arrival time vs. the arrival window. They have many policies on how they do things and what they do not do. Unfortunately, that information is shared only after booking. But overall, I was satisfied; we had good guys!
