  I booked with J&C for a certain date and time and had to move my dates around due to a last minute change. They were very flexible and able to accommodate the last minute change and also help me move things into storage last minute. They communicated well and let me know when they were on their way and how long it should take, and they arrived a a good time. We had some mishaps as expected with a move but nothing too big and nothing broken. They were careful and respectful with my things and worked hard and fast. Their boss did call me and express some concerns on the way my truck was packed by the other movers which I appreciated. The only complaint I have is that I provided water for them while they were working and had to clean up after them once they left. Thats the only complaint but I’m overall satisfied with J&C as I would have been stuck if they weren’t able to accommodate my new date and time. I appreciate their work and would book with them again.

  I have moved maybe thirty times in my life and this was by far the most exceptional service I have ever hired. Prompt, courteous, professional, and empathetic. Despite trying my best my belongings and apartment were still a mess on moving day and they helped me to get everything together Including some last minute bubble wrap and furniture disassembly. They packed the truck efficiently, never complaining about the job going longer than the expected two hours .. The business owner was very kind and understanding as well. I believe my helper's name was Jerome and I apologize but forgot the other. I would recommend this business to anyone! Thank you again for being such Angels during a stressful time
