• Really nice kind folks. Very fast workers. Although. Very careless handling damaged walls doors and of course the furniture pieces. I would recommend them if they’d slow down and treat my things with respect. I had a piece with moving pads already on it and they ripped them off saying it would make it hard to handle. That piece yes it got damaged. I also booked a morning slot, but they didn’t make it until mid afternoon but that’s fine they did keep me informed.

• I was clear about the details and scope of my move prior to move day including pictures of some of the furniture to be loaded and the need for extra organization in the storage unit so everything would fit. I requested 4 people but only 3 people showed up. They were personable and one was especially kind as I was trying to get everything organized. They did work fast but did not maximize the space in the truck as requested. I had several pieces damaged, more I’m discovering as I work in the storage unit. They did not help organize the entire unit as I requested when booking and I ended up renting another unit because they wanted to charge more for going over time. I felt like the person in charge was more interested in getting to lunch than leaving a customer in good standing. I’ve now spent my entire weekend trying to organize my storage and complete my move. Overall this was a disappointing experience.

• The guys were great. Punctual, fast and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone that needs help with their move.
