• I requested help with loading and unloading for a 3 bedroom home. I was quoted 2 movers for 5 hours with a start time of 9am. The morning of I was contacted by one of the movers saying that I would have 3 movers to assist with the job. However, I was not told that they would only be available for 3 hours. While on the job, all movers were very polite and helpful, however at times noted to be standing around on their phones. It should also be noted that all movers had a distinct marijuana smell on them. While they were all hard workers and very polite, I was frustrated that the change in movers was not well communicated and it added additional stress to the move and a sense of urgency to get everything loaded.
