• The movers were kind and worked hard. Unfortunately, they were unprepared and clearly had limited experience. The owner contacted and I informed them I was on the second floor with a bed, washer, dryer and other furniture. Movers showed up without a dolly or any equipment to move things. I’ve worked with many movers across the country and they always have at minimum a dolly or two and then straps to carry furniture safely and controlled. The movers were kind but couldn’t get the furniture up the stairs without help but you pay movers to move so you don’t have to. My wall up the stairs was scuffed on both sides all the way up and chips out of the paint. I borrowed a dolly from the apt but nothing was stable. Told the owner multiple times this was happening, he said he’d tell them to work harder. They did their best. Unprepared. Then the seller called me nonstop and kept texting me until the additional charges went through. Incredibly unprofessional. Choose another group. Not worth it.

• I used Brandon and Mac to load my U-Haul and they were excellent! They gave A++ service and stayed in communication with me. Mac was a beast going down my 42 stairs with all my stuff. Thank you for loading my stuff up nicely and professionally Brandon. I would highly recommend them.
