• The movers I hired cancelled saying they didn’t do evening moves so I hired Extensive Cargo to unload. I called day before of to confirm a time with no response or call back. The next morning I called again trying to get a time, the lady who answered said she’d call the team and request a time. Never received a call and when we called, sent to vm abd no return call. Finally got a text saying they couldn’t do that night as that were double booked but could do the next morning. They showed up an hr late as they had to pick someone else up. We already had most items unloaded as we had to pull stuff out to sleep the night before. it took them 30 mins but we were still charged the full 2 hrs. Nice guys but the lack of communication was just ridiculous.

• I was contacted ahead of time and on the day of moving. They were punctual, efficient, hard working, respectful, and genuine. They went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company for your move!
