• The move ended up being bigger than expected time wise, but the company didn’t seem willing to have more people come out during the job, when realistically we needed 2 times the people. Our initial order only listed 2 helpers, and so that was the reason that we were given as to why we couldn’t get more helpers to come out. That’s an issue because we needed more people and would’ve rather paid more for more professional help, if it would’ve allowed us to finish the move. By the way, I was helping the movers during the whole thing, and the day before I worked with two other guys to load and unload the 1st full U-Haul truckload. The team was lacking leadership and communication. The older gentleman was complaining. From a work perspective, the two guys did well to pick up and move things. But the leadership, communication, and professionalism wasn’t there. Movers also were trying to get out quick instead of honor customers paying for more hours.

• Hector and his team were GREAT! Super fast, organized, and very communicative. Honestly my most stress-free move. Totally recommend and will be booking again with them!!
