Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Dre and his helper did good job loading the POD container. Communication was good. Dre was texting about updates and arrival times. There were few heavy items. They did good job handling it. Left few scratches here and there over wall. May happen I guess during furniture or nonsize items move. Overall completed job within time and satisfactory.
The 2 gentlemen were very professional, but I am still not happy that they were 2 hours late to what originally was scheduled as well as a couple items, were broken and just now realizing. They did let us know of one item but there was several items that we found broken not mention. They still didn't complete the move. We had a lot of stuff that was left at the apartment.
