• Workers were great on the loading my truck up very quickly and were very nice. However, the unloading was a disaster. I paid for 4 hours and they did not finish and made me pay for another hour. I only moved to an apartment. One of my bedframe panels was broken upon opening the truck and I now need a new bedframe. I was told by the worker that it would either be fixed or replaced but now they are telling me I had to purchase insurance. There was no option for insurance when I booked them for the job. It has been 2 days since my move and I am still having to message them to see what can be done. My dresser also got cracked and when I sent a picture they said since the movers didn’t notice it there’s nothing they can do but it broke during the move. I think they definitely milked the time on the unloading so I had to pay for more time. Mind you I have a newborn and they knew that so it made everything even more stressful. Be careful with booking if you dont want things chipping, breaking
