  • I usually move once a year and have help with loading and unloading. Typically it is a very seamless experience. These guys did the unload for me and it just was not up to par. They did show up early at 240pm when I originally scheduled 4pm and told them 330pm. The idea was to arrive at 3 and have 30 minutes to secure my pets and get the house ready. They didn’t cover anything when it started raining and all my stuff came in wet. We had 4 dozen moving pads. They were asked to use them since they told me they would most likely damage the walls. Not only did they only to use them one time, but several walls were damaged. Things were randomly placed in rooms and hallways and caused us more work to unpack. Some things were damaged due to truck being left open in the rain. They did work in the rain and stayed late after asking to be paid directly instead of through the app. Just really not the best service out of all the moves we’ve done.
