Moving is already stressful enough without being made to feel like an inconvenience. They are terrible at communicating and do not follow through on what they say they will do. If you are too busy or don’t want to just do drop offs and pickups, take your name off the website.

Hi Courtney, I understand moving is already stressful, and I am sorry if our availability added to that frustration. This is the busiest time of year for moving, and scheduling can be more limited during this season. For pickups, customers do not need to be present, which usually makes scheduling more flexible. We do our best to communicate and follow through, but demand is unusually high right now. I truly apologize for any inconvenience this caused.
