Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Seems that they actual movers were subcontracted via Craigslist, so none of the movers knew each other or were away of the specs of the job. Some movers were 90 minutes late and property sustained significant damage, most notably a shattered TV. The movers did their best in extreme heat and with stairs, but fault lies with management for running an unprofessional operation.
Can honestly say best moving experience in 20 years. Nesta and his team held a high standard of service and care of my household items the entire move. I highly recommend them and would use their service again.
