• The communication before the move-in was very good. Two men arrived about 15 min early, which was good. One proceeded to work diligently and continued to do so throughout the job. The other did not and after less than an hour on the job took a break for about 35 minutes and returned with a 2 quarter container of strawberries which the worker proceed to eat while carrying our processions. Needless to say, the job did not get done within the 2 hours planned (which was more than enough, plus I had started to help because of how long it was taking). The non-diligent work then asked to close the job. I declined at which point he said I would be billed for more time. I indicated that I would dispute any such attempt to charge me for work not performed. The job was eventually finished, the manager settled it at the 2 hours already paid. I feel bad for the diligent worker and the manager, and would consider using them again because of their hard work and honesty.

• They were great! We weren’t totally ready for them when they arrived but they worked with us to make sure we could keep packing while they loaded up our truck. Great job, would highly recommend!

• It took them 90 minutes to go from our move out location to our move in location, which was 12 highway miles. When I brought it up to the manager who called me after the move, he brushed it off and said they arrived within the time window they said they would arrive. One of the movers seemed very inexperienced and struggled to carry items.
