  • Unable to communicate with company via phone call. Company only text will not answer call. Needed a 3 and they insisted on being there before 2 p.m. but arrived almost 15 minutes late. Movers work slow and not complete emptying the apartment. Packed U-Haul truck all wrong plenty of space available to pack the rest of the stuff in the apartment have the truck and loaded strategically. Very disappointed with service.

    With all due respect, you made the reservation today. As soon as you did, I contacted you. You gave me a time that didn't work for me because I had other reservations. I gave you a time. You told me it was fine. I did everything I could to help you with the move. It was a third-floor apartment with only stairs. It was raining, and we still didn't stop. You shouldn't be ungrateful when we helped you in every way possible. Thank you for your review; it will help us improve every day
