The company arrived one hour late and was unable to manage the heavy load. They hit the furniture and damaged the walls, so I had to ask them to stop the work. They requested the code to stop and leave. They only worked for one hour, and due to the damage, the job had to be stopped; however, they are still charging for three hours. I showed them the damage to the walls multiple times, and they agreed at the time, but they are now denying it.
