• I hired Movemint Movers expecting a level of care and professionalism, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. During the move, they caused visible damage to my floors, leaving scratches and marks that were not there before. Even more frustrating, the item they were hired to move was mishandled and ended up broken. This completely defeats the purpose of hiring help in the first place—to protect both your home and your belongings. What made matters worse was the lack of accountability. There was little effort to acknowledge the damage or offer a reasonable solution. Accidents can happen, but how a company responds says a lot, and in this case, it fell far short of expectations. The moving help were rude and demanded the payment code even though they were aware of the damages. I would strongly recommend others think twice before using this service. The cost of repairs and replacement far outweighed any convenience they provided.

  We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. This job was booked through U Haul Moving Help with a two person crew for a treadmill that required more manpower. We communicated on site that the item was extremely heavy and complex and even prior movers reportedly had difficulty with it. While we always aim to handle items with care certain jobs require additional crew members to reduce risk to both property and the item. Booking limitations can impact outcomes in those cases. Regarding payment U Haul requires movers to collect the payment code upon job completion which is standard across all providers. We are always open to discussing concerns and working toward a resolution. We appreciate your feedback.
