Terrible communication. Switched our move time the night before the move. A few items were scratched like our TV screen and two dressers. They were young guys moving us so not their fault- probably aren’t trained on how to not have that happen. When I was concerned about the time switch not fitting into our schedule they responded with cancel then we are booked through September anyway - not professional response.

The moving guys were very professional and hard working. The load went smoothly for the most part, but they did not use the available truck space as efficiently as they could have so I was forced to throw the remaining items into the back of the truck as best I could but a couple of items were damaged during the trip. They're young and just need a little more experience, but were friendly and courteous. I tipped them in cash.
