  • Movers showed up 20 minutes late with little to no communication. Upon showing up we were unable to communicate because of a language barrier and they had no translator. During the unloading process they scratched two of our dressers, put a hole in our couch and broke our 55 inch tv. I reached out and respectfully asked the company to take care of the damages and they said that it was our fault and the damages couldn't have been caused by them. They refused to reimburse anything more than 1 hour of time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Terribly unprofessional.
