    All told this was an average and serviceable moving experience. The team was able to fully unload our trailer and did so in the allotted timeframe. I give them props for coming out to work on a holiday. But there were a couple things we weren’t satisfied with. - These guys were not delicate with our stuff. We had a trailer with a base about three feet off the ground. I personally witnessed these movers just drop items off the side of the truck instead of using the ramp. They also rolled or pushed other items down the ramp instead of walking them down. I have confirmed on broken piece of furniture and cosmetic damage on other items. I’m sure I will find other broken items as I unpack the boxes. - despite having texted to confirm the start time. The team had the wrong contact number on the day of the move. - team asked for a cash tip mid move and claimed they would not receive any gratuity paid online. Again, these guys were not terrible. But it was not a five-star service. -
